Alex Frost (she/her) is a seasoned C-suite Executive Assistant with over 15 years of professional experience in the telecom, nonprofit, advertising, and California cannabis industries. She is passionate about helping companies build, grow, and develop, and has lent her expertise to multiple startups as a marketing and operations consultant.
Alex is currently based in her hometown of Santa Barbara, CA, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner and toddler. They can often be found soaking up the sunshine on their front porch or enjoying walks and adventures at parks and beaches along the coast. She and her partner also give back to their community by hosting weekly community dinners and volunteering as certified crisis counselors for a national crisis line. Alex is also a trained volunteer for events such as Burning Man, where she aids participants as a ranger/first responder. She is excited to join Good Energy Collective, where she is proud to contribute towards a better future for her children.
